Terms of Service

Appointment Booking

You may schedule service by phone, email, or through our website. All appointments are subject to availability in the Raleigh service area. We will provide you with an estimated arrival window of 2-3 hours, and our technicians will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee; full refund of any prepayments
• 24-12 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee or option to reschedule once at no charge
• Less than 12 hours notice: 75% cancellation fee or rescheduling fee of $25
• No-shows: Full service charge applies with no refund

Weather-related cancellations by Clean Dreamers LLC will be rescheduled at no additional cost, or a full refund will be provided at your request.

Service Delays

While we strive to maintain our schedule, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or service complications at previous appointments. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any significant delays. If our technicians are delayed more than 60 minutes beyond the estimated arrival window, you may be eligible for a 10% discount on your service.

Pricing & Estimates

Service prices are based on crawl space size, condition, scope of work, and materials required. We will provide a detailed estimate after the initial inspection. The final price may change if:

• Additional services are requested during the project
• Undisclosed conditions are discovered that require additional treatment or materials
• The crawl space size or conditions differ from what was described during initial consultation

You will be consulted before any additional charges are incurred.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Cash
• Electronic payment services (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App)

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made for commercial accounts.

Late Payments & Returned Checks

For commercial clients with approved payment terms:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of service
• A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue balances

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with our service warranty for all residential services in the Raleigh area. If you are not completely satisfied with our crawl space or mold remediation service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns, subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 calendar days of project completion
• The crawl space has not been disturbed or altered by the property owner
• No new water intrusion or moisture issues have been introduced
• The concerns relate to the specific services we performed

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

• Issues we specifically identified as requiring additional work during the initial service
• Problems arising from pre-existing structural damage to the property
• New moisture intrusion from plumbing leaks or external water sources after our service
• Damage caused by pests or rodents after service completion
• Normal settling or aging of building materials
• Any conditions not directly related to our services
